Stayed here midweek for a wedding in a nearby hotel. Plenty of parking and friendly service. Helped me with a taxi to venue that night. No toilet roll in the room but that was rectified very quickly. No other issues. Went for dinner which was of a good standard and value for money. Room itself clean and plenty of space, shower was good. Recommended.
Lovely hotel, fairly unassuming when you arrive but rooms are lovely and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and the dinner was delicious and beautifully presented. A little slow on service, but everyone was very pleasant very good value too.
We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our time there, even though the view from our room was not so good. A lovely selection of tea, coffee, and biscuits were supplied in our room. The staff were always very friendly, helpful and willing to please. Breakfasts were excellent with a range of choices. Evening meals were tasty and well presented. The lounge downstairs was attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed strolling in the grounds too. We highly recommend the Tinto Hotel!
My husband & I stayed in the Hotel for an overnight. The room was lovely.we were in room 5. The meal was delicious & the tribute act was good. Very good value for money. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. We will be checking for more nights like that. Very pleased we chose this Hotel
What a gorgeous hotel , decor is beautiful. Our room was spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast probably one of the best I have had in a hotel. Thank you
The hotel was booked by Shearings Tour. It's a medium-sized hotel and 3 stars. We have a twin sharing room, it's spacious and very clean. We also have room housekeeping daily, which is superb. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's located between 1 hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh, so we need the coach to ferry us between venues. It's a very quiet place with beautiful green ground. We were served Scottish and full English breakfast daily. The dinners are acceptable, but not gourmet. We would appreciate more innovative dinner menus (you get what you paid for as it's a package tour). We got silver service for dinner and the waiting staff was very polite and pleasing, great job! On the whole, we felt very welcome, have enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Keep up the good job! Thank you to all the staff.
Bathroom was a little bit small toilet was too cramped between the shower and the wall and the radiator rooms were clean though food was quite nice although service could have been a little bit quicker would I stay there again yes
A great place to spend a relaxing few days. Lovely hotel set in large grounds perfect for exercising the dogs. Bedroom was spacious with a large comfortable bed. Food was very good & reasonable price for dinner. Staff were super friendly. We will definitely stay again
